About Us





Siddhant Commerce Academy is founded by Qualified Professional, Mrs Rujuta Divekar (B.Com. ACMA. PGDBM) along with Prakash Bapat( B.COM ACMA). The founding principles or "Siddhant" are “Concept & Clarity” . This will not only help the students to excel in examination but to develop and groom them for challenges of the 21st Century. We believe in the power of knowledge.Overall experience of Faculty will give an additional edge to the students to carve their future plans and not just pass exams.

Our Faculty

Mrs. Rujuta Divekar (B.Com.,ACMA,PGDBM) is passionate of teaching and is an Associate Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of India.( Formerly Known as Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India) and Post Graduate Diploma of Business Management. Apart from teaching experience of around 7 years,she has 10 years of job experience in Multinationals /Banking /Industry in Accounts and Finance field. Her teaching methodology helps students in getting a better grip on the subject. She motivates students to strive for perfection, leading by example. Her friendliness makes her highly approachable for students to ask difficulties.

Mr.Prakash Bapat B.Com. ACMA (ICWA) is also an Associate Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of India and is having industry /Teaching experience of 35 years. He has worked in senior positions like Executive Director/General Manager (Finance) in Private /Public Sector. With wide experience in the industry, he always make it a point to explain concepts using real life situations.
